Residence Melograno

"Il Melograno" is a residence of recent construction, composed by 12 apartments, swimming pool and private parking.
Entirely enclosed, our residence offers apartments of different kind of dimension with internal decorations inspired to the ancient Elba’s houses, without forget modern comfort. All supplied with verandas to eat outside in front of gardens with many variety of plants and trees, and a century pine - wood.
Completely in the green of the island, the residence is only at 600m from the sea and 1500 from the town of Capoliveri.
